Terms of Service

1. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account. The account is personal: access may not be shared, resold or transferred to third parties without written authorization. Team plan accounts allow up to 5 named users within the same organization.

2. Materials you upload

RendScene generates images and animations from materials you upload (plans, sketches, models, photos). You declare that you hold the necessary rights to these materials and you are responsible for how the results are used.

This also applies to the reference images you keep in your library and use when editing areas. If an image shows identifiable people, you declare that you have their permission to use the image in the service. Photos of people are personal data: you can delete any reference at any time, and removing it also deletes the corresponding file.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are monthly, charged in advance and renewed automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details. One-time credit packs are single purchases, with no renewal, valid for 12 months from purchase.

4. Cancellation and refunds

7-day withdrawal: full refund. You can withdraw from a purchase within 7 calendar days of buying and get back exactly the amount paid, with no deduction of any kind, even if you have already generated images or videos. No reason is needed: just write to support@rendscene.com within the period, stating your account email. This applies equally to monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions and one-time credit packs.

What happens when you ask. The subscription is ended (or the pack invalidated) and the corresponding credits are set to zero. Your history is not deleted: the images and videos from that period remain available, but are delivered again with a watermark and without a commercial license, because the subscription that granted that license no longer exists.

Monthly subscription, after the 7 days. The current cycle is not refunded: access continues until the end of the period already paid and we do not charge again. You cancel it yourself on the My account page, without having to talk to anyone.

Yearly subscription, after the 7 days. The amount paid is not refunded, and you lose nothing by continuing to the end: credits keep being granted month by month until the last month of the contracted period, exactly as in the monthly plan.

One-time packs. The same 7 days apply, with a full refund of the amount paid. After that period there is no cash refund, but the purchased credit remains valid for 12 months.

When the failure is ours. If a generation fails because of an error on our platform or at the AI provider, no credit is consumed — the charge only happens once the file is ready and saved. If a credit is still charged by mistake, it is automatically given back as credit.

Repeated use of the withdrawal right. The first refund is made with no questions asked. From the second refund for the same person — also recognized by the payment method used — the refund is still honored, but new subscriptions and new pack purchases are refused at checkout, with a clear notice and the address support@rendscene.com to contest the decision. Repeating the withdrawal as a way of using the service without paying is an abuse of rights.

Chargebacks. Opening a dispute (chargeback) with your bank or card issuer, instead of asking for a refund by email, closes the account and blocks new purchases.

5. History retention and export

While your subscription is active, we keep your full history — original uploaded images, renders, edits, texture swaps, atmosphere adjustments and animations — available on the History page, with individual download or batch export at any time.

If you cancel, your history remains available for viewing and export only for 90 days from the end of the last paid cycle. During that period you can see and download everything, but you cannot generate new images or animations. We email you when 60 and 7 days are left.

After the 90 days, the files and the corresponding records are permanently removed from our servers. Accounts that never subscribed to a plan keep their own history for as long as the account exists. You can export all your content at any time, without asking permission and at no cost: in History, select the items or a whole project and download a single ZIP file, with file names by project, type and date.

Unused free accounts. Accounts that never subscribed keep their history while in use. If an account goes 90 days without any sign-in, we send an email warning; after 30 more days without access, the generated files are removed. The account itself is not deleted, and any sign-in resets the countdown. Accounts with a current or past subscription are never included in this cleanup.

6. Credits: granting, use and validity

The service is charged in credits. Each plan grants a number of credits per month, and each operation uses credits according to the table below.

• Interior or exterior render, text-to-image creation, text editing, style transfer, texture swap, atmosphere adjustment and resolution upscale — 1 credit each.
• Animation — 10 credits, reflecting the substantially higher processing cost.
• Image description suggestion — no credit cost, subject to technical usage limits per image and per day.

Monthly grant per plan:

• Starter — 100 credits per month.
• Studio — 200 credits per month.
• Team — 1,000 credits per month (pool shared by up to 5 users).

Subscription credits do not roll over: the plan balance renews every month and whatever is left from the previous month expires. On yearly plans, credits are granted monthly, not all at once at the start of the period.

Credit packs can be bought with or without a subscription. Each pack is valid for 12 calendar months from the purchase date.

Credit already paid stays valid: if the subscription is cancelled, ends or stops being paid, credits bought in packs remain usable until their expiry date, even without an active subscription. The 12-month period always runs in calendar days, regardless of the subscription status, and is not extended. Credits granted by the plan (the monthly allowance) belong to the subscription: they cease to exist when the plan ends.

Usage takes plan credits first and then one-time credits, starting with those that expire soonest. Accounts without an active subscription receive 5 trial credits, granted only once per account, with a confirmed email.

Credits are only charged when the operation is delivered successfully: technical failures do not use your balance. We let you know when the cycle balance is running out. Without enough balance, new operations are unavailable until you buy a pack, upgrade your plan or the cycle renews. Credits are not refundable or transferable between accounts. Need a larger volume? 7. Ownership of generated renders

The images and animations you generate belong to you, including for commercial use, as long as your account is in good standing. RendScene keeps ownership of the software, the brand and the interface.

Promotion. From 10/22/2026 onwards, images and animations generated during the free trial, with a one-time pack or on the Starter plan may be used by RendScene to promote the service (website, social media and ads), without naming you unless you ask us to (see below). On the Studio and Team plans, images are private by default: they are only used if you allow it on the My account page.

On the My account page you turn the use of your images on or off (one-time pack, Starter, Studio and Team) and can write how you'd like to be credited, for example your Instagram @ or your studio's name; if you do, we credit you in the posts. If you want an image already used to be taken down, write to support@rendscene.com and we will remove it. We never use for promotion an image showing an identifiable person, an address or a readable name.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal, misleading or defamatory content, content that infringes third-party rights, or to try to bypass technical limits, reverse engineer it or access the platform through unauthorized automation.

It is expressly forbidden to use image editing to insert an identifiable person into a scene where they never were, so as to make something that did not happen look real, as well as any use that exposes or embarrasses someone or attributes to them a false fact, place or conduct. Breaching this closes the account.

9. Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of a specific aesthetic result or of uninterrupted availability, and it depends on third-party AI providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event, excluding indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data.
