Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data RendScene collects, why it collects it and how you can control it.

1. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, language, country), subscription data provided by our payment provider (plan, status, cycle — never the full card number), the images you upload and the renders and animations generated, plus technical usage records needed for security and to apply the Fair Use Policy.

2. How we use the data

To provide and improve the service, process payments, give support, prevent fraud and abuse, and send essential communications about your account. We do not sell your data and we do not use your images to train our own models. Images from the free trial, a one-time pack or the Starter plan may be used to promote RendScene, without your name (you can turn this off in the Account; on the Studio and Team plans, only if you allow it) — full rules in the Terms of Service, section 7.

3. Storage and security

Your images are kept in private storage, accessible only by your account through temporary signed links. Access is isolated per user in the database and traffic is encrypted in transit.

4. Third parties

We use providers for hosting and database, payment processing and AI image/video generation and ad measurement (Google Ads). They receive only what is needed to run the service and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Retention and your rights

You can delete projects and renders at any time and request the deletion of your account and associated data. You can also request access to, correction or export of your data by writing to support@rendscene.com.

We do not keep files indefinitely on unused accounts: after 90 days without any access we send an email warning and, after 30 further days of silence, we delete the generated images and videos. The account and its registration data remain, and every removal is logged for audit.

6. Cookies

We use the cookies and local storage needed to keep your session and your language preference. We also use the Google Ads measurement tag, which may set Google cookies, to know which ads bring sign-ups; it does not receive your name or your email.
